Miss Earth 2018 organizers are facing a series of accusations that contestants were sexually harassed by sponsors.

After the scandal in 2013, Global Beauties – the world’s major beauty page – said that the contest was no longer trustworthy and removed Miss Earth from the Grand Slam system – six professional international beauty pageants – due to political reasons.

On the contest’s homepage, the organizer – Carousel Productions – states the criteria for contestants including: female gender, never married or had children, age from 18 to 26, height from 1.65 m
