Defending Wimbledon runner-up Eugenie Bouchard easily defeated Kiki Bertens 6-0, 6-3 in the second round of the first Grand Slam tournament of 2015, taking place at Melbourne Park.
Right after the match ended, Ian Cohen, a male tennis commentator for Channel 7, entered the court and asked the 20-year-old Canadian tennis player to `spin around` to show off his pink mini dress.
Genie Bouchard was confused, but still complied with commentator Cohen’s request to spin around.

This incident immediately caused a wave of backlash on social media.

The American tennis player said: `A commentator asked me to spin around. If I were a commentator, I would never ask Rafa Nadal or Roger Federer to do that. Is that kind of request right?
Serena just wants to focus on competing and avoid controversy over the TV commentator’s rude suggestion.
